A program of the Wyoming Department of Education that provides specialized support, consultation, training, resources, and accessible educational services related to blindness and low vision. Services support students, families, educators, and eligible Wyoming residents and include accessible educational materials, assistive resources, braille and vision-related support, the American Printing House for the Blind Federal Quota Program, the Wyoming DeafBlind Project, and connection to accessible reading services.
