The Library and Resource Center provides free accessible-library services to eligible Virginia residents who cannot use regular print. Library materials include digital talking books, braille, large-print materials, magazines, descriptive videos, accessible playback equipment, and access to National Library Service resources. The Resource Center also supports educational services for blind and visually impaired students.
