The Pennsylvania Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services, part of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, assists Pennsylvanians who are blind or visually impaired with developing the skills needed to live and work independently. Services include vocational rehabilitation, counseling, blindness-skills training, orientation and mobility, daily-living instruction, vocational and college training, assistive equipment, job-placement services, and independent-living support.
