STAR helps Minnesotans with disabilities and older adults access assistive technology through a device-loan program that allows users to try equipment before purchasing it.

About

The Minnesota STAR Program is Minnesota’s statewide Assistive Technology Act program. It operates as a device loan program and an AT funding and acquisition resource.

The device-loan program allows users to try equipment in their home, school, workplace, or community before purchasing it, support a funding request, or temporarily replace equipment that is being repaired.
