The Hawaii Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, commonly called DVR, operates through the Hawaii Department of Human Services.
DVR provides vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities throughout Hawaii.
The program helps people identify employment goals and obtain disability-related services that may be necessary to prepare for, secure, maintain, regain, or advance in employment.
DVR maintains offices serving Oahu, Hawaii Island, Kauai, Maui, and Molokai and also operates specialized services for people who are blind, visually impaired, Deaf, or hard of hearing.
