The Client Assistance Program, commonly called CAP, is operated through the Hawaii Disability Rights Center.
CAP provides advocacy for people with disabilities who are applying for or receiving rehabilitation services provided or funded through Hawaii’s vocational rehabilitation system.
CAP may also assist certain individuals receiving independent-living services.
The program is independent from Hawaii DVR.
