The Division for the Visually Impaired provides specialized vocational rehabilitation services for Delaware residents with qualifying visual impairments.
Services are individualized according to each participant’s abilities, interests, disability-related needs, and employment goals.
A person does not have to be unemployed to receive vocational rehabilitation assistance. DVI may also assist individuals who need services to maintain their current employment or advance in their careers.

DVI Vocational Rehabilitation combines employment services with specialized knowledge of blindness, low vision, assistive technology, accessible workplaces, and independent travel.
