Delaware Library Access Services, commonly called DLAS, is part of the Delaware Division of Libraries.
DLAS is Delaware’s network library for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.
The program provides accessible library materials free of charge to eligible Delaware residents.
Delaware residents who are unable to read or use standard printed materials because of temporary or permanent:
There are no age restrictions for eligible users.
