The Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind, commonly called DSB, is the primary state program serving Arkansas residents who are blind or severely visually impaired.
The division provides vocational rehabilitation, independent-living instruction, transition assistance, supported employment, and specialized services for older individuals who are blind.
Arkansas residents who are blind or severely visually impaired and need assistance preparing for employment, obtaining or maintaining employment, advancing in a career, developing independent-living skills, or adjusting to blindness or vision loss. Eligibility and available services are determined by the program.
