Access Through Technology, commonly called ATT, is a specialized program for Connecticut residents who are DeafBlind or have combined vision and hearing loss.
The program is connected with the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program.
Eligible individuals may receive telecommunications technology, assessments, and training at no cost.

People with combined hearing and vision loss may need specialized communication technology that differs from technology used by individuals with only one sensory disability.
This program provides both equipment and training so eligible individuals can use the technology effectively.
