California Connect helps eligible California residents access telephone and communication equipment designed around their disability-related needs.
The program supports people with hearing, vision, cognitive, mobility, and speech-related disabilities.
Available equipment and services depend on the individual’s communication needs and current program offerings.
Eligible California residents who experience difficulty using standard telephone or communication equipment because of vision loss, hearing loss, speech disabilities, mobility disabilities, or cognitive disabilities. Certification or other eligibility documentation may be required.
