The Increasing Capabilities Access Network, commonly called iCAN, is Arkansas’s statewide Assistive Technology Act Program. iCAN helps people identify assistive technology that can improve independence at home, school, work, and in the community.
Its services are available to Arkansans with disabilities and health conditions regardless of age, disability type, income, geographic area, or eligibility for another program.
People with disabilities of all ages, people with health conditions, family members, caregivers, educators, employers, rehabilitation professionals, and service providers.

iCAN allows Arkansas residents to explore, borrow, and locate assistive technology before purchasing equipment. Its reuse program may also help people obtain devices at little or no cost.
