The Arkansas Library for the Blind and Print Disabled is part of the Arkansas State Library and serves as the state’s local network library for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.
The program provides accessible reading materials to eligible individuals who cannot read or use standard printed materials because of blindness, low vision, a physical disability, or a qualifying reading disability.
Eligible Arkansas residents who have blindness, temporary or permanent low vision, a physical disability that prevents reading or holding printed materials, or a qualifying reading disability. An application and certification of eligibility may be required.
