The Kentucky Assistive Technology Loan Corporation, commonly called KATLC, is a financial loan program that provides affordable financing to qualified Kentuckians with disabilities for assistive technology.

Eligible borrowers may qualify for zero-interest, no-fee mini-loans from $100 to $7,000.
