The Washington State Department of Services for the Blind provides training, counseling, and support to Washington residents of all ages who are blind, DeafBlind, or have low vision. Services help individuals pursue employment, education, and independent-living goals. Programs include vocational rehabilitation, career support, blindness-skills training, assistive technology, youth and family services, and independent-living support.
