Kansas Talking Books provides free accessible reading materials to eligible Kansans who cannot use standard print.
Kansas Talking Books is the state’s regional library program for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.
The program provides accessible books, magazines, and playback equipment to eligible Kansans who cannot use standard printed materials because of blindness, low vision, a physical disability, or another qualifying print disability.
Materials may be mailed directly to patrons or downloaded electronically through BARD.
Eligible Kansas residents who cannot read or use standard printed materials because of a qualifying visual, physical, perceptual, or reading disability.
