The Indiana Talking Book and Braille Library, commonly called TBBL, provides free library service to Indiana residents who cannot use standard printed materials because of a visual, physical, perceptual, or reading disability.
The library is part of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled network.
Accessible materials may be mailed directly to patrons or downloaded electronically.
