The Client Assistance Program, commonly called CAP, provides assistance to people who are applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation and Blind Services through the Illinois Division of Rehabilitation Services.
CAP services are provided through Equip for Equality.
CAP is independent from DRS and can help individuals understand their rights, address disagreements, and navigate the rehabilitation process.
