Why We Recommend This Resource

Someone receiving vocational rehabilitation or blindness services may sometimes disagree with a decision, experience difficulty communicating with a counselor, have questions about their rights, or believe they have been wrongly denied services. CAP provides an independent source of information and advocacy and can help consumers understand and exercise their rights within these programs.
