About

The Delaware Assistive Technology Initiative, commonly called DATI, is Delaware’s statewide Assistive Technology Act program.

DATI is operated through the University of Delaware Center for Disabilities Studies.

The program helps Delawareans identify and try technology that can support:

Equipment Demonstrations and Loans

DATI maintains Assistive Technology Resource Centers containing a large collection of equipment.

Visitors can receive one-on-one demonstrations and may be able to borrow equipment to test it:

Assistive Technology Exchange

DATI also operates an Assistive Technology Exchange where individuals with disabilities and their families can locate used equipment.

Some equipment may be available at no cost.
